INTRODUCTION
FERTIGATION in terms of language, is a combination of 2 words in English that Fertilization and Irrigation.
Fertigation in terms of technological means to incorporate methods fertilization in irrigation systems. So water will be given directly to the steel plant through the irrigation system.
Fertigasi Technology has long existed, but in Malaysia, it is still a new use. Fertigation is a technology pioneer said to the State of Israel. In Malaysia, it was first introduced in the late 90s or early 21 st century.
Fertigation is also a branch of hydroponics technology in terms of media used. In Fertigation, media is other than soil used such as cocopeat (coconut coir dust), husk and other fuel that is free from soil borne diseases.
Generally, Fertigation is a viable technology and has a high potential in the future. Fertigation goal is to produce a high harvest and save operating costs in the long run.
Joint Venture Projects Chili Fertigasi
Project Joint Venture Plant in Chili Fertigasi held to provide opportunities to entrepreneurs who are interested in without having to think about the problem site preparation, labor and marketing . It uses the concept of open fertigation technology.
Program Objectives
Among the factors barriers to prospective entrepreneurs who have identified the location of the site is suitable, and capable workforce and the most critical marketing . InsyaAllah with the assistance and collaboration with Bestway Agro, problems and obstacles can be overcome.
Prospective entrepreneurs (participants) need only provide sufficient capital. The cost of capital to finance the purchase and installation of fertigation systems, site rent, utility bills and other costs associated.
Through the Joint Venture Agreement was signed, Bestway Agro will buy back price based on farm production during the specified company. Based on this concept, participants had no problem to launch the project with the assurance that the market managed company.
Project Site Location
Location of the project site is located in the area around the end of Sungai Layar Hujung, about 10 minutes from Sungai Petani town is very strategic because it is located in the area between Penang and Alor Setar. The company has been renting or lease at very reasonable rates.
Regions such sites were then divided into several niche Lot ½ acres of land each and will be leased to the participant based on 2.000 polibeg package provided. Bestway Agro will provide basic facilities and installation of the system while employees take care of farm tasks, and scheduled meracun harvest results also provided. This program is a form of cooperation between the Participants and Bestway Agro where participants agreed to inject capital to launch a project for every lot that is selected and appointed as Bestway Agro Management Companies include duties as a consultant, manager and marketing agent for the bonds with lots Participants contract for 8 months with the extension option period. Participants also can monitor the progress of projects each directly or indirectly takes the easy location in the area visited Sungai Petani. Through this program, participants / Entrepreneur is composed of individuals, a combination of individual or class of Bumiputera companies given priority. For individuals to undertake a combination of 1 ½ acres Lot niche, they are encouraged to set up a partnership business entity and Agro Bestway will deal with individuals appointed for their business further.

Option 1: 1 Lot RM27, 500 participants will lease lot area of ½ niche and a need to produce capital for financing the cost of the project for the selected lot. Installation systems and infrastructure will be started after payment is received.
Option 2: ½ of RM13, 750 from the entire Lot or 1 percent by capital. Participants was one of the participants selected for the site. Participants must join with other participants to fulfill the total RM27, 500 to start the project. Each member encouraged berpayung under a partnership company established and appoint a representative to deal with the Bestway Agro for documentation and distribution of profits.

Forward Purchase Program Revenue
Bestway Agro will then buy back the results released on Farm During the grade based on the set. Sales revenue for each lot will be paid in full. Payment will only be made against the month in which revenue collection lot of participants do.

We believe this method is the best bid because the selling price is not set as done by other programs. Both parties will jointly share the risk and benefits of current sales price fluctuations
Potential Return
Sepokok chili can produce between 2 to 4 kg based on the seasonal varieties chili and tree care. Taking into account various factors related to treatment plants, it is estimated that chilli plants can be cultivated to produce at least 2.5kg sepokok. Taking into account the average Farm During RM4/kg, the potential gross sales revenue for 2000 is estimated at plant RM20, 000 for the seasonal period of 8 months. Therefore, planting will be done by 3 seasons for 2 years.
Pre-Month 1, Month to 4: no payment benefits

Initial capital (RM27, 500.00) will be deducted the cost of operations (RM7, 320.00) and other agricultural inputs (RM5, 515.00) and balance (RM14, 665.00) will be returned after first season finished or equipment will be given to all participants after first season finish.
If participants want to use the option to extend the season further, participants only need to provide operating costs and material input agriculture alone (RM7, 320.00 + RM5, 515.00 = RM12, 835.00) to continue to enjoy benefits such as the first season. This option is limited to only 3 seasons. For season-4, participants must provide full cost (RM27, 500.00).
Are reminded, the calculation is based on the average farm price RM4/kg and will change if there is an increase or decrease the current market price. If the market price increased, the excess is fully owned by participants.
At this stage, the margin for Bestway Agro farm revenue was from sales to the buyer.
Opportunities LIMITED
This program is limited to Lot 13 only for areas in Sungai Petani because space is limited. To start this stage, given the focus of the project in Sungai Petani.

PENGENALAN FERTIGASI
Fertigasi dari segi bahasa, adalah gabungan 2 patah perkataan di dalam Bahasa Inggeris iaitu 'Fertilization' (Pembajaan) dan 'Irrigation' (Pengairan).
Fertigasi dari segi teknologi bermaksud menggabungkan kaedah Pembajaan ke dalam sistem Pengairan. Jadi air baja akan diberi terus kepada tanaman melalui sistem pengairan.
Teknologi Fertigasi telah lama wujud tetapi di Malaysia, ianya masih baru digunakan. Dikatakan pelopor teknologi fertigasi adalah negara Israel. Di Malaysia, ianya mula diperkenalkan pada lewat tahun 90-an atau awal abad ke-21.
Fertigasi juga merupakan cabang kepada teknologi hidroponik dari segi media yang digunakan. Di dalam Fertigasi, media yang digunakan adalah media selain tanah seperti cocopeat (habuk sabut kelapa), sekam bakar dan lain-lain yang bebas dari penyakit bawaan tanah.
Secara umumnya,Fertigasi merupakan suatu teknologi yang berdaya maju dan mempunyai potensi yang tinggi di masa hadapan. Tujuan fertigasi adalah untuk menghasilkan tuaian yang tinggi serta menjimatkan kos operasi pada jangka masa yang panjang.
Projek Usahasama Cili Fertigasi
Projek Usahasama Tanaman Cili secara Fertigasi diadakan untuk memberi peluang kepada usahawan yang berminat tanpa perlu memikirkan masalah penyediaan tapak, tenaga kerja dan pemasaran hasil tuaian. Ianya menggunakan konsep teknologi fertigasi secara terbuka.
Objektif Program
Antara faktor halangan kepada bakal usahawan yang telah dikenalpasti adalah mendapat lokasi tapak yang sesuai, tenaga kerja yang berkemampuan dan yang paling kritikal adalah pemasaran hasil tuaian. InsyaAllah dengan bantuan dan usahasama dengan Bestway Agro, masalah dan halangan tersebut dapat diatasi.
Bakal usahawan (Peserta) hanya perlu menyediakan modal yang mencukupi. Modal tersebut bagi membiayai kos pembelian dan pemasangan sistem fertigasi, sewa tapak, bil air dan elektrik, serta kos-kos lain yang berkaitan.
Melalui Perjanjian Usahasama yang ditandatangani, Bestway Agro akan membeli semula hasil pengeluaran berdasarkan harga ladang semasa yang ditetapkan syarikat. Berdasarkan konsep ini, peserta tidak mempunyai masalah untuk memulakan projek dengan jaminan pasaran yang diuruskan syarikat.
Lokasi Tapak Projek
Lokasi tapak projek terletak di kawasan sekitar Sungai Layar Hujung, lebih kurang 10 minit dari bandar Sungai Petani adalah sangat strategik kerana ia terletak di kawasan antara Alor Setar dan Pulau Pinang. Pihak syarikat telah menyewa atau memajak pada kadar yang sangat berpatutan.
Kawasan tapak tersebut kemudiannya telah dibahagikan kepada beberapa Lot tanah seluas ½ relung setiap bahagian dan akan dipajakkan kepada Peserta berdasarkan pakej 2,000 polibeg yang disediakan. Bestway Agro akan menyediakan kemudahan asas dan pemasangan sistem manakala pekerja bagi tugas menjaga ladang, meracun berjadual dan menuai hasil turut disediakan. Kos tersebut diperolehi dari modal Peserta.
Program ini adalah satu bentuk kerjasama antara Bestway Agro dan Peserta dimana Peserta bersetuju menyuntik sejumlah modal untuk memulakan projek bagi setiap lot yang dipilih dan melantik Bestway Agro sebagai Syarikat Pengurusan meliputi tugas sebagai perunding, pengurus dan agen pemasaran bagi lot Peserta dengan ikatan kontrak selama 8 bulan dengan opsyen pelanjutan tempoh. Peserta pula boleh memantau perkembangan projek masing-masing secara langsung atau tidak langsung memandang lokasi yang mudah dilawati di kawasan Sungai Petani . Melalui program ini, Peserta / Pengusaha adalah terdiri daripada individu, gabungan beberapa individu ataupun syarikat yang bertaraf Bumiputera diberikan keutamaan. Bagi gabungan beberapa individu untuk mengusahakan 1 Lot seluas ½ relung, mereka digalakkan menubuhkan satu entiti perniagaan perkongsian dan Bestway Agro akan berurusan dengan individu yang mereka lantik untuk urusan seterusnya.

Pilihan 1 :1 Lot RM27,500 Peserta akan memajak lot seluas ½ relung dan perlu mengeluarkan sejumlah modal bagi membiaya kos projek bagi lot yang dipilih. Pemasangan sistem dan infrastruktur akan dimulakan selepas bayaran diterima.
Pilihan 2 : ½ Bahagian RM13,750 daripada keseluruhan 1 Lot atau mengikut peratus modal. Peserta adalah salah seorang dari peserta-peserta untuk tapak yang dipilih. Peserta perlu bergabung dengan Peserta lain bagi mencukupkan jumlah RM27,500 bagi memulakan projek. Setiap ahli digalakkan berpayung dibawah satu syarikat perkongsian yang ditubuhkan dan melantik seorang wakil untuk berurusan dengan pihak Bestway Agro bagi tujuan dokumentasi dan pembahagian keuntungan.

Program Belian Semula Hasil
Bestway Agro kemudiannya akan membeli semula hasil yang dikeluarkan pada Harga Ladang Semasa berdasarkan gred yang ditetapkan. Hasil jualan bagi setiap lot akan dibayar sepenuhnya. Pembayaran hanya akan dilakukan terhadap bulan dimana pungutan hasil terhadap lot Peserta dilakukan.

Potensi Pulangan
Sepokok cili merah boleh menghasilkan antara 2 ke 4 kg semusim berdasarkan kepada varieti cili dan penjagaan pokok. Dengan mengambil kira pelbagai faktor berkaitan penjagaan tanaman, adalah dianggarkan pokok cili yang diusahakan boleh menghasilkan sekurang-kurangnya 2.5kg sepokok. Mengambil kira purata Harga Ladang Semasa RM4/kg, potensi hasil jualan kasar bagi 2000 pokok adalah dianggarkan berjumlah RM20,000 semusim iaitu bagi tempoh 8 bulan. Oleh itu, penanaman akan dilakukan sebanyak 3 musim bagi tempoh 2 tahun.

Modal permulaan (RM27,500.00) akan ditolak kos operasi (RM7,320.00) dan bahan input pertanian (RM5,515.00) dan bakinya (RM14,665.00) akan dipulangkan setelah 1 musim selesai atau semua peralatan akan diberi kepada Peserta setelah 1 musim selesai.
Jika Peserta hendak menggunakan opsyen melanjutkan tempoh ke musim seterusnya, Peserta hanya perlu menyediakan kos operasi dan bahan input pertanian sahaja (RM7,320.00 + RM5,515.00 = RM12,835.00) untuk terus menikmati keuntungan seperti musim pertama. Opsyen ini hanya terhad kepada 3 musim sahaja. Untuk musim ke-4, Peserta perlu menyediakan kos sepenuhnya (RM27,500.00).
Adalah diingatkan, pengiraan adalah berdasarkan purata harga ladang RM4/kg dan akan berubah sekiranya terdapat peningkatan atau pengurangan harga pasaran semasa. Sekiranya harga pasaran meningkat, lebihan tersebut adalah milik Peserta sepenuhnya.
Di peringkat ini, margin bagi Bestway Agro adalah daripada jualan hasil ladang ke pihak pembeli.
Peluang TERHAD
Program ini adalah terhad kepada 13 Lot sahaja bagi kawasan di Sungai Petani kerana ruang yang terhad. Untuk peringkat permulaan ini, fokus diberikan terhadap pelaksanaan projek di Sungai Petani.

Setelah pemasangan siap dan anak pokok dipindahkan, peserta perlu hadir ke tapak projek untuk mengambil gambar di tapak masing-masing.
